For over 25 years, I’ve lived behind the counter
serving, listening, and learning what makes people smile.
My journey began with a simple passion for ice cream, but soon became a science of textures, flavors, and emotions.
I founded Gelato Grotto in Palm Beach, later recognized by Whole Foods Market and featured in Joy Magazine as one of the best frozen dessert concepts.
In 2009, Jupiter Magazine awarded my gelato as “Best Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert in Palm Beach.”
Today, under Piccioni’s Frozen Desserts, I continue that legacy — combining tradition, innovation, and purpose.
